
This is my breakfast!
Yea, it really is. On our breakfast burritos we usually add two to three different MicroGreens so that we start the day out about as healthy as we can. The first picture is for display, the second is how we actually serve it. The MicroGreens are the last item we add. The meal is cooked, put together, and then we cut the MicroGreens and add them to the meal. As fresh as it gets!


Serving Size
Think of serving these as your vegetable, more than just a garnish or for flavor. Add a generous amount for your health! Our recommendation is to consider each 5 X 7 pad as 7 servings. We suggest cutting (cut don’t pull) right before serving. These little beauties are pristine so no need to wash. Add to your dish and Enjoy! There really is something to the freshness of these MicroGreens. In the picture below is one serving of Black Tuscan Kale. With that said, any amount that you add makes every meal more nutritious.
